Hello,
Yes, it's really difficult to treat recurrent vulvovaginitis. Since its more than a year, I will suggest you to go for culture of vaginal discharge, as other species of candida other than candida albicans may be involved. Hope your blood sugar is within normal limits.
You may require long term suppressive therapy of more than 6 months but it's better that we look for the causes.

Tips
1.keep the infected area clean and dry. 2. Don't scratch the affected areas because this could spread the infection to other parts of your body
ringworm usually disappear with allopathic creams but recurr after you stop using it. So I advise you to take homoeopathic treatment to cure permanently. No chance of recurrence. No side effects. You can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.

Avoid using if you are facing side effects. Always before applying any cream on face just check it test dose by applying on ear. So that you can avoid that reactions.

The treatment for fungal infection is simple. You have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for 4 to 6 weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area and do not self treat with over the counter steroid creams. Mistreatment with steroid creams like panderm, fourderm, betnovate, candid b etc and self treatment with cheaper generic medicine is the most common reason for recurrent disease. Another cause of recurrence is cross infection from other infected people in the house. Ki...more

Yes, but you should always keep the area dry. If the baby has also developed thrush, you can use candid mouth drops so that sucking is not affected.

Hai.. The very fact that you had a fungal infection may indicate that you are a prediabetic as happens in polycystic ovaries.. So please get evaluated with your husband and decide on further treatment before it becomes too late. Best wishes.
