Hi,
stop the medicines that you are taking and the ointment also.
Hi,
skin infection in inner thighs is a fungal infection which increases due to sweat accumulation at that area. So always keep the area dry. Don't apply any creams as this will increase the problem. Use any talcum powder or prickly heat powder or neosporin powder daily.

Skin lite is a unique triple-combination topical therapy for the short-term treatment of the dark spots associated with moderate-to-severe facial melasma. Skin lite Cream should always be used in conjunction with sun-avoidance measures, like using sunscreens and wearing protective clothing. Skin lite may improve the appearance of melasma but is not a cure. Such medications should be used only under careful observation of your dermatologist.

It's bad for the skin if used unsupervised and for a long period especially on the face. Any fairness produced by this cream is temporary and will lead lit of skin damage if continued.

Ultra brite cream is good and mometasone which is included in cream, will not destroy the skin if applied in small amounts for just a few days.
