Hi lybrate-user, dystonia is a psychiatric emergency, please consult a nearby psychiatrist in-person or visit any medical emergency. The psychiatrist will also be able to explain you the causation and mechanism of hallucination and delusion along with potential side effects of the medicines. Whether he needs 1/2/3 medicines will be best decided by examining the patient, going through the previous medical records and past response to medications.
Thanks & regards.

You can talk to your doctor and have clarity. On your part, you can make up your mind to lead a healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet (more of natural food along with fruits and vegetables everday) and exercising every day will make you fit and energetic and also improve your overall well-being. Learn Yoga and pranayam which can bring harmony, and rejuvenate your body and mind. You can also add Homeopathy later as it is safe and gentle. You can contact me for further details.

Mr. Lybrate-user, as a lady nears menopause certain psychological disturbances do occur. But these are temporary. Excessive sweating known as" hot flushes" is quite common during this period. Hi, by the list of medications I can understand that you have tried a lot of medicines. Still your problem is not resolved. Since you are near to bangalore the best way I could suggest is visit nimhans bangalore and consult a psychiatrist and a therapist for your current problem you might need more of therapy and a different kind of antipsychotic which works for dysthymia. The medicines which you have mentioned are antidepressants and does not necessarily work in dysthymia.

Write down your obsessive thoughts or worries. Keep a pad and pencil on you, or type on a laptop, smartphone, or tablet. When you begin to obsess, write down all your thoughts or compulsions.
Keep writing as the ocd urges continue, aiming to record exactly what youâre thinking, even if youâre repeating the same phrases or the same urges over and over.
Writing it all down will help you see just how repetitive your obsessions are.
