Arm pain is nothing to do with TB drugs. Haematological abnormality can be due to rifampicin, but not alrming to stop drug rifampicin.

The resolution of the disease will mainly depend on the drug sensitivity, the type, dose and duration of anti-TB drugs and how compliant you are with the medications. 3. Well, it's good that you have limited your alcohol consumption to the minimum. Alcohol and isoniazid do not react well when taken together. Alcohol may increase the risk of liver damage with isoniazid. Those who are on isoniazid are advised to abstain from alcohol as they may have unpleasant side effects. Once the drug is stopped you will not have these symptoms after alcohol consumption.
