Have a goo diet. Rich in iron and b complex. Reduce strain with tv computers etc, go for eye testing if required, have proper sleep. Do not use kajal etc. Take vitamin c 500 mg twice daily. Local application of medicine generally not very effective if it is due to increased melanin. In that case medical facial is very helpful.

Anyways hope your baseline investigations like usg / thyroid dysfunction, diabetes and apla has been ruled out.in your case apart from folic acid, low dose aspirin and progesterone support is desirable.
Even empirically one can use low molecular heparin.

Apla is nothing serious as per if the test is positive, it can be managed by giving low dose ecosprin and low molecular weight heparin through out pregnancy with good clinical outcome. Also in your case cmv test was not required. This test is often misleading and does not appear to be related to either polycystic kidney disease or with the abortion.
