Hello first pregnancy- 5th month amniotic fluid reduced. 6th month high bp took sachets and hermin iv. No improvement iugr occurred. 7th month induced abortion. Baby weight-600gram second pregnancy- ecosprin 75 before pregnancy. Heparin injection started during 2nd month only. 4th month amniotic fluid reduced and iugr started. 5th month took hermin on alternate days. No improvement. Induced abortion during 6th month. This time no bp. Babies weight 300 gram only we done fetal autopsy ie normal also we done baby dna sample test in genetics dept. Ie also normal. We did starch test after 1 year from abortion toxoplasma igg -7.53 rubella- igg-51.70 cytomegalovirus igg - 158 herpex simple virusigg -48.30 these show high compare to normal now we have to plan for 3rd pregnancy what are the solution for this thank you.

Hi. Kindly do apla, protein s and protein c deficiency, ana test to rule out pathology.
As soon as periods date skips, confirm your pregnancy with a scan and start on high dose aspirin and heparin once there is intrauterine gestational sac. Closely follow up with fetal doppler check for uterine anomalies like arcuate uterus or septate uterus prior to conception. Plan for prenatal vitamins for both husband and wife 3 months before planning to concive

Yes from the report it seems that the sle is in remission phase. Don't worry, sle in remission is the best time to conceive.
Have seen several successful outcome in sle after few initial losses. Go for the pregnancy, once you conceive apart from ecosprin, hydrochloroquine (hcqs), progesterone support, also use lmwh empirically. Need to have a regular antenatal check up. Hello doctor dis is karthik. My mom who is 51 years old have the medical history of deep vein thrombosis (dvt) from past 3 years to her left leg. Where she developed that during at the time of (hto) a knee surgery after that we consulted intervention radiologist where he treated with the heparin blood thinners and venogram and venoplasty and standing was also done during the hospital stay and after that we are using acitrom 3 and 1 mg in monitoring the ptinr value for every 1 month and 60 days ago my mom had first shot of covishield vaccine and after that now from past 20 days she is feeling some pain in the left leg and knee joints and due to vaccine issues of covishield vaccine we immediately consulted our radiologist for dis he asked us to get done with the venousdoppler where no blood clots was found and after that we consulted the physician for underlying problem where he diagnosed that is due to high esr 50 and prescribed antibiotics mild painkiller but still pain was not subsided please suggest me in dis doctor what should we do now.

If the doppler study is normal and not showing any thrombosis (clot), it may be an age-related pain.
There may not be any relation between the covid vaccine and the leg pain because having pain after 40 days of the vaccination is unlikely due to adverse effect of the vaccination.
Consult an orthopedician for better assessment and she may have to do physiotherapy.
