M 9 weeks pregnant I did my tvs in 8 weeks 5 days report is 8 weeks 2 days live embroy. I had two early pregnancy losses last year. M on progesterone, aspirin and also heparin injection. What is the chances of me having success in this pregnancy. I dint have much pregnancy symptoms from the beginning. Will all these medication will help all my reports are normal.

But now she is 17 week pregnant but scanning showing 1 week behind. We are worrying lot. Here doctor telling placental insufiency there so what to do now? Any treatment?

Continue taking low molecular weight heparin and ecosprin, she can also take argippreg sachet and tab lycopene daily, she should take protein rich diet ,do regular exercises and take beet root juice daily.

Hi. This month my period was supposed to come on 2nd. But I missed my periods and found that I am pregnant. Doctor adv for some test due to previous 3 miscarriage. And results are given below. APTT 31.7 Hcg 67 on. 1st April and 133.9 on 3rd April progesterone 50 homocysteine 3.31 Now doctor suggested enoxaparin 40 mg daily. Bigomet sr 850 mg twice daily and ecosprin 75 mg once and folinext tablet once daily and bharglob in every 21st day. Pls suggest should I continue 850 mg metformin twice daily and. Heparin injection or is there no need to take.

ICSI Ivf - egg retrieval on 22nd jan, 2 embryio (3 day) transferred on 25th jan and 1 embryio transfered on 27th jan (blisto). Beta HCG on 9th feb - 1300 and beta hcg on 16th feb - 69230 miu/ml. She is on hcg inj sc (5000 iu) every 5 days starting from 26th jan. progesterone, progynova, heparin and folic acid supplement. Last hcg was on 15th feb. Is her hcg too high for comfort?

I am 25 week running now. Have history of cerclage at 16 week. On 9 jan doc did scan in it cervical length was 2.59. In yesterday's scan she said it's 3.does the length changes so abruptly? And since today morning I noticed some reddish brown discharge just before periods and mild pain in lower abdomen and back pain. Baby is kicking but discharge is my concern. I called my ob she said may be due to cervical irritation and added trenaxa tab. And stop heparin and aspirin. Shall I go to another ob for scan m worried am I going in premature labour pls help?

There are inter observers error in measuring cervical length. Switching over your ob is your preference. if there is no pain and no spotting , nothing to worry. these things are due to usage of heparin and aspirin and can be temporarily be with held

I am patient of rheumatoid arthritis. I consult doctor and start some of medicine 6 month. But my esr (36 to 27) and some other level are still up and down. So doctor tell me if your tb report is normal than we started biological medicine. But my tb gold lithium heparin report come 1.41 and doctor says before we started biological medicine for arthritis first we solve latent tb. But my lungs are completely normal and physician says I don't need any kind of tb therapy. I also do mantoux test result is 2 and normal. My question is can I star therapy of biological medicine in arthritis or constant other tb specialist.

Urs tb gold report is good and tb gold is not a gold standerd test for tb.
If lung clear thn you can start ra treatment .but for confermation you can go for hrct of chest and sputum test.
For private counsltation send urs report of hrct and sputum test.

Hi, i'm 28 years old. I was suffering from morning n bed time back pain. I consulted rheumatologist, he suggested that my muscle strength was weaken because of daily heparin in 1st pregnancy. So, he suggested me to take calcium rich foods n pills. I was using supracal hd, n food also. But one of my grandma's suggested have barley daily for pain. As of her suggestion, I was having daily, so pain is reduced. But, I have a doubt that is it ok to have barley on daily basis. Is it effects any my next pregnancy. Please suggest me.
