Since you had 2 IUDs, you have to be carefully monitored and looked after in this pregnancy.

For now, take the treatment as advised and the injection might be reduced in future if everything goes well.

Can’t comment on your heparin prescription without seeing proper reports. U can take a call consult if you wish and definitely you can take duvadilon and heparin together but for sure you need to get a circlage done again and good progesterone support in pregnancy with proper rest in pregnancy.

How many miscarriages did you have. Heparin can be the cause for the discharge you are having. Did you start it on your own or on advice from doctor?
And you don't have to start as soon as your pregnancy test is positive. It can be started around 10-12 weeks too. Do check with your doctor about stopping them.
