lybrate-user, if you use a cotton mattress, get rid of it and replace it with a high density polyurethane foam mattress along with a mattress protector. Similarly use polyurethane pillows with pillow protector case. Stop using brooms, but instead wet mop your bedrooms. Use wall mounted fans in place of ceiling fans.

For dust Allergy you need to boost up your immunity.
Take syp Immubuiled 15 ml two times a day.
Take syp Extra immune 10 ml two times a day.
Take syp septilin 20 ml two times a day.
Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs and cold drinks etc.
Take light easily digestable nutritional protinious fiber rich diet and green leafy vegetables.
Do light exercise Yoga and meditation regularly.
