So, It is not scabies as not responding to anti-scabies treatment. Do a battery of blood test considering the age of the patient, like LFT, Serum bile acid level, Kidney function test and complete blood count to identify the cause.

Not an ayurvedic doctor. But here are my advice as I have the same condition. Avoid allergens. Wear mask. Stay away from dust pollen. Take honey one spoon before bed daily.
Get yearly flue vaccine. Use saline nasal spray twice daily or after coming from outside. Use antiallergic medicine whenever you feel symptoms. Also take vitamin c tablets during seasonal changes. Cut your nails very short as mites can get stuck there too. Always keep asthalin inhaler with you for safety. Please note:

Dear lybrate-user,
kindly do an allergy skin test for dust mites and other common allergans under the guidance of an allergist and start oral allergy immunotherapy for dust allergy. Oral monteleukast and antihistamine tablets for 6 weeks provide quick relief of symptoms. Allergy avoidance and environmental control should be practised as far as possible. Lung function test can be done to screen for early asthma. Thankyou.
