Take bath after exercise with Cetrimide or Savlon soap. Avoid sweating at other times. Increased sweating can block the sweat and sebaceous glands at the hair follicles and cause boils to happen. You may apply Mupirocin cream twice a day till the boils completely resolve.

Please avoid repeating antibiotics frequently. If it is working that means it is a infectious cause. Please visit a dermatologist near your place and tell doc about getting a pus swab test for culture, when you have the pus pimples on scalp. After the test it will be easier for your dermatologist to give you an antibiotic which will be best effective. Please also use an antiseptic lotion - cetrimide lotion for cleaning of scalp thrice a week.(after the test)

Are you sure that your infection is scabies? If you are not sure, please send me a photo via private message. If you are sure, you can apply the following medication.
Lindane 1% lotion - apply from neck to toes completely. Leave it on for 8-12 hours. So it's easier if you leave it overnight. Then wake up in the morning and take a bath and wash it all away. You have to wash all your clothes, bedsheets, etc. Also, everyone at your home should take the same treatment with you.
