You need to find out the reason why you r not able to sleep? Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. There is no substitute of rexipra fx 5. However there are other medications which have the same effects of that medication and you would do well with getting a thorough evaluation from a psychiatrist.

You have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.

Dear lybrate-user, try this method many people are success first and most sleep early wake up early at 4.0 am and study with fresh mind, of course subjects which you are not interested you must spend more time and repeat it many times" practice makes perfect" not only human including pets. Switch off mobile phone when you go to bed and switch it on at 6am.

Dear lybrate user. You are a student and adolescent. Our mind will never concentrate on any task because of your ever changing priorities. Don't worry about that. If you want to do civil service, plant it as a goal in your mind and work for that. Height is hereditary. You cannot control it. You can have around 2 inches of growth if you exercise properly. That is maximum. Therefore, change your priority from your body structure towards education. Take care.
