Hello-
There may have been a rupturing of some capillaries in the seminal vesicles that caused a condition called Hematospermosis, or occult-blood in the semen. Irritation of the gland can also cause it to become inflamed and predisposed to bleed. Some factors are- too frequent or too infrequent ejaculation, sexual arousal without ejaculation, withdrawal at the time of ejaculation, excessive alcohol or spicy foods, prolonged sitting or bike riding, etc.
The condition is self subsiding. ...more

A prescribed physical therapy program of stretching, strengthening and low impact aerobic conditioning is usually a part of most sacroiliitis or sacroiliac joint dysfunction treatment regimens. The therapy may be done by a physical therapist, chiropractor or other appropriately trained health specialist.
