agar aapko unke liye permanent ilaaj chahiye, toh I would suggest ki aap unke liye homeopathic dawa chalu karein. Homeopathic dawa ke liye aapko mujhe unke problem ki thodi detail deni padegi. Woh study karne ke baad mein unke liye ek dawa suggest kar paungi. Uss dawa se unko kaafi aaram milega.

For immediate self-care of an ankle sprain, try the r. I. C. E. Approach:
rest. Avoid activities that cause pain, swelling or discomfort.
Ice. Use an ice pack or slush bath immediately for 15 to 20 minutes and repeat every two to three hours while you're awake. If you have vascular disease, diabetes or decreased sensation, talk with your doctor before applying ice.

Hi . By your description it apppears that you may possibly have Rheumatoid arthritis.
Rheumatoid arthritis is a serious disease which apart from causing pain in the joints (over the long term) can cause damage to the joints such that you are unable to use them even if there is no pain, damage to the lungs and heart ,etc. And hence needs to be treated proactively and completely not only ot avoid pain but also to prevent damage or complications to all these organs.

Rheumatic arthritisIt is called as Rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down.
