Telmikind-H 40 Mg Tablet helps maintaining optimal blood pressure level of a hypertensioner, lowering blood pressure.
Withdrawing the said drug needs assessment of pressure at the moment.
Take care.

Reduce dose to 20 mg once a day. If bp is normal you can stop it. Go for walk daily and less salt.

Do not stop it suddenly. Lifestyle modification and diet control. Make it 20 mg once aday for 15 days and if bp is normal, stop it.

Atenolol 200 is a quite high dose. Need to consult your cardiologist whether you really need it. Have a close monitoring of your heart rate.
