This results in lower heart rate and blood pressure, which can cause you to feel faint and nauseated. Let's have a detailed discussion for better advice and medication plan.

Psychotherapy combined with clinical hypnotherapy will get you the results you want without any dependency on medicines. I have seen many such people who got results in couple of months. You can consult a psychiatrist he will suggest you regarding medicines.

Sometimes the medications do not work alone and may need to be given in a combination of 2 to 4, augmenting their effects. So discuss with your psychiatrist and follow the treatment protocol for resistant symptoms. Good luck.

It may be changed by the psychiatrist based on symptom profile. Both are good medications only. Follow your psychiatrist advise. Good luck.

Hi there, Sertraline is better drug as far as social anxiety is concerned. However, whatever you're doing, do it with your treating psychiatrist's consultation.
Also, discuss with your therapist if he can teach you mindful meditation and offer forms of behavioural therapies.
Good luck.

Along with medication, I would advice you to begin psychotherapy which will initially focus on getting you back to your daily activities schedule and then work on the negative thoughts that maintain your low mood and anxiety.

Dear user, you are too young. But due to certain reasons if you are diagnosed with bipolar disorder you have to take some extra care of yourself. I do not want you to depend on medication solely. I want to know the whole details about your disorder. But I must say don't depend on the medicines and don't make it a habit for future. You need counselling session for better control on this disorder and medicines. Medicines are not the only solution, counselling is the best option for you so that you...more
