Sertraline is fda classification c drug ,it should be given during pregnancy if it's clearly indicated and it's benefits outweigh it's risk according to studies there is very little chance that it will cause any defects in the fetus. You should not stop sertraline abruptly as it will cause withdrawal symptoms, consult your doctor and follow his advice.

You should avoid or limit the use of alcohol while being treated with sertraline. Alcohol can increase the nervous system side effects of sertraline such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people may also experience impairment in thinking and judgment. Good luck

Hello-
The most common form of sexual dysfunction due to sertraline and other SSRIs is ejaculatory dysfunction. This can take the form of either delayed ejaculation or complete inability to achieve ejaculation. Quitting meds wont be enough. You might need a herbal aphrodisiac to become normal.
