You are safe ad the level is OK Most individuals display optimal response to cyclosporine with trough whole blood levels 100 to 400 ng/mL. Preferred therapeutic ranges may vary by transplant type, protocol, and comedications. Therapeutic ranges are based on specimens drawn at trough (ie, immediately before the next scheduled dose).

Hello lybrate-user
Yes there are solutions for aplastic anaemia. The most appropriate one depending on your disease severity will be to consider exploring options for a bone marrow transplant. Other therapies include use of dugs like ATG and cyclosporine. This requires expertise. You will benefit from following up with a hematologist to initiate these. Best.

Thyroid should stay in control with regular treatment. Do not self medicate or suddenly stop hypothyroid treatment. Not treating thyroid can give rise to many effects eg. Obesity, lethargy.
For the dry eyes which can be again observed in hypothyroidism please get screened for any other underlying auto immune disorder and start eye drops for dry eyes based on type of dry eyes .You will need an opthalmologist and an endocrinologist to help you out in this regard.
Thanks.
