Your BP is in lower range. Normally it should be 120/80. A few points up& down doesn't matter much.
BP fluctuates with activity.
Asomex is helping to keep your BP down.
But you must know that BP by itself is not a disease.
Hypertension/hypotension, just mirrors that something is not right with the workings of your body.
If you tell us all your symptoms in detail, we can help you with Homoeopathic medicine.

Hello, Normal blood pressure is 120/80. It may vary slight person to person. If you are having amlovas 2.5 then continue it. Don't discontinue suddenly. Monitor blood pressure for 8 days then consult your physician. Then only take the decision. Do regular yoga & meditation.

Track What You Eat
Some people are not aware of how many calories they eat and drink each day. They may underestimate how much they eat and wonder why they can’t lose weight.
Writing down the foods you eat, including the portion sizes, can let you see the truth about your food intake. You can then start cutting back -- reducing calories and portions -- to lose weight and manage your blood pressure.
Avoid Salt (Sodium)

If the BP is low then Asomex -tm should not be given, but since you have not mentioned the BP value, it will be difficult to determine what are you referring to as low BP. It will be best if you consult your treating doctor and discuss with them so that they can evaluate the BP and decide.
