I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
In a low incidence setting, with very little ongoing transmission of hiv, most of the hiv infections which tests need to pick up will be infections that people have had for several months or years. For these long-standing infections, tests are extremely accurate and false negatives are therefore extremely rare.

Nonetheless, it is estimated that the median window period for fourth-generation tests is 18 days, with half of all infections being detected between 13 and 24 days after exposure. While occasionally this period will be a little longer, 99% of hiv-infected individuals would be detectable within 44 days of exposure.

The window period for a 4th generation antigen/antibody test is about four weeks. By this time 95% of infections will be detected (see figure 7). There is a three month window period after exposure, for the confirmatory result to detect more than 99.9% of infections.

This hiv duo test, including p24 antigen, is considered 99.8 percent accurate at 28 days. However, this accuracy increases to 99.9 percent at 90 days after potential contact.

Hiv tests are between 99% and 100% reliable. Newer, so-called combination or fourth generation tests and other lab-based tests are close to 100% accurate. Rapid or at-home tests are right around 99% of the time if you've been infected for a while. But if you were recently exposed, they may not be as trustworthy.

If left untreated, the cyst can drain pus or other fluids, or develop a pilonidal sinus, which is an opening that grows under the skin from the hair follicle. Some of the most common symptoms of a pilonidal cyst infection include skin reddening, pain, and draining of blood or pus.

Better avoid medicine. Instead take khicadi or rice in dinner with ghee. It will help in constipation. Also start your day with banana. Drink atleast 3 lit of water everyday. Eat more fibre food to avoid constipation. If you still feel constipation than take homoeopathic medicine opium.
