Without knowing your skin problem and without proper indication it is not safe to use salicylic acid cream. It comes as 6/12 percent cream but only advised by a dermatolgist when indicated. Thanks.

Both steroid as well as salicylic acid in betnovate will cause harm to delicate skin of baby.
So kindly don't apply.
Instead use olive oil.

Hello, There are various treatment for pigmentation. From creams containing hydroquinone to milder ones of Kojic acid, niacinamide, arbutin. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. Laser toning using Q switch Nd Yag laser is an option but results variable. You may need 6-8 sessions at 3 weeks gap. Consult a dermatologist.

1Use pumice stone to rub off dead skin after a bath/or applying moisturising cream
2.Apply corn cap for few days and then try to rub off the corn gently with pumice stone
3. If no relief it has to be removed by chemical cauterization. Consult skin specialist
4. Wear properly fitted shoes and cotton socks instead of synthetic which may irritate skin.
