You need clobetasol plus salicylic acid combination lotion to be applied at night daily. Plus you need a good medicated shampoo containing ketoconazole like 8X shampoo. Apply on the scalp for 3-5 minutes and then wash it. Do it daily you will surely see the result.

Mix a quarter cup apple cider vinegar with a quarter cup water in a spray bottle and spritz on your scalp. Wrap your head in a towel and let sit for 15 minutes to an hour, then wash your hair as usual. Do this twice a week.

Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur.
