Hexicof ls has antihistaminics and levosalbutamol and mucolytics. Since you r already on and inhalers montek fx which has antihistaminics already and bronchodilators I will not advice using a substitute. Its better to find plain mucolytics of some other brand.

Hello,
would suggest to keep salbair I as an sos inhaler when you feel uncomfortable.
And take the budamate 400 (can reduce to 200 2.puffs twice a day followed by mouth care) everyday.
Inhaled corticosteroids plus long acting formetrol is said to be better as controller therapy.
You can take the vaccine.
Bronchisits is not a.contraindication.
But wait for half and hour so as to watch for any allergic reaction.
Take your inhalers with you.
Hope this was helpful.

What is your age, smoking status, complaints. Is it asthma or COPD. Both are different problems with different solutions. Moreover there is no specific food restriction for asthma/ allergy. Every individual will have different allergies. So take fresh milk/ yogurt.
If you are properly diagnosed with asthma/ COPD take proper inhalers( Controllers LIke formeterol/budesonide or solmeterol/fluticosone) and keep some relievers like salbutomol with or without ipratropium for emergency purpose.

These can include:
short-acting beta agonists, such as albuterol. These medications are the same medications as those in your quick-acting (rescue) inhaler. You may need to use a machine called a nebulizer, which turns the medication into a mist that can be inhaled deep into your lungs.
Oral corticosteroids. Taken in pill form, these medications help reduce lung inflammation and get your asthma symptoms under control. For more-severe asthma attacks, corticosteroids can be given intraveno...more
