My son is two month old due to cough n cold we took him to doc today. He had recommended steam for him n given us Some Ipratropium nebulizer solution Bp .can we use such solution for steaming via nebulizer .I hope it doesn't have any side effects as he is having little bit cough n cold only. Pls given us second advice.

I am a 20 years old female. Ive been having dyspnea for the past week. And it does happen sometimes, I guess triggered by my stress anxiety a lot. Its very suffocating and I can not breathe and it takes very long to take a breath. I got an inhaler of ipratropium bromide 20 mcg with 200 metered dose. What should be my dosage for a day?

It seems like you r having stress /panic attack. Inhaler less likely to work. U need to relax and drink water while you feel so. Need to consult your doctor to confirm.

Your baby is vomiting as he cannot spit the phlegm like adults, and your cough syrup helps in liquifying the phlegm so after using it usually babies vomit but that's not a side effect. But if the vomits are excessive please take a pediatrician consultation.

I have chronic bronchial asthma. Since June 2018 this year has been worse and asthma is not been in control. Have shown 2 doctors. Now taking syncobreathe, ab flow and telecast L along with nebulizer Budapet neb and starter regular pranayama for past one month. The asthma is controlled for 5 days And then aggregates for remaining 2-3 days. This is constant pattern. No relief with these meds. Please help and share the best pulmanologist to visit.
