Asked for male, 30 years old from Chandigarh

I am a 30 year old man. I am suffering from mitral valve prolapse and mild regurgitation. You take propranolol 40 mg to treat my anxiety symptoms, shortness of breath, dizziness etc. The problem is that I have hiatal hernia in stomach also. I am facing severe shortness of breath from last 2 days and after every 2 seconds I feel" air hunger" and lack of oxygen. I'm taking long breaths from abdomen and this puts a tension or effort in my stomach muscles. Now, I took duolin levosalbutamol nebulizer solution but still not much relief. Now, please let me, what should I do? Will my propranolol interact with levosalbutamol?

People with mvps and Mr. have commonly anxiety and you might need an ssri for the same. Consulting a psychiatrist would surely help, rather than taking propanolol alone. All th best.

Sir, my 3 year old son suffering from chronic asthma from may 2018, in july budate and levosalbutamol inhaler gave him with few cough syrups and levo+montelukast, july and aug he was ok but in sep he again start coughing in early morning then doctor start both inhaler with cough syrup. Is this correct medication. And which ayurved medicine can cure this. Pls suggest.

its not complete cure asthama when its comes start medicenes.. ayurvedic also same medicenes when u start medicenes subsided after some days its start u follow yr diet avoolid cold foods and cold water bath and more oily foods

Sir/madam my son (age 6 months) is suffering cold and cough with out fever. Evening time cough become heavy and he can't take breath properly because of cold. Using ontrvine nasal drops, nebulizer with asthalin liquid. And also medicine we are giving oral drops cetrizine ,levosalbutamol and ambroxol and cefdoxime antibiotic. Please tell other medicines to cure fast. He is suffering from 3 days .please help me.

Q: I am 25 years old male and last 2 years I have asthma problems. But I have found that every winter starting I have the problem of taking breath due to asthma. In that time I have to take levosalbutamol inhaler for just 3 to 4 days, after that it goes away for that particular year. Next year again same problem. Due to this reason I am also taking montelukast levocetirizine combination minimum 1 month. I am a not smoker I am student. I am little bit worries about again winter is coming. Why I do? So that I can live free this i check up doctor they give budetrol inhaler but do not use this. Because in summer I free this breathing problem give solution.

This is an allergic condition it's better that your problem is generally shortlived whenever you face such problem you'll have to take the inhaler as advised

Hi, my 3 years old son travelled from netherlands to india 2 days before. He was suffering from cold from last 3-4 week. Doctor from netherlands did not prescribe any. While travelling my son was got fever so I have consulted local child specialist after return india. He prescribed "azithral-xl liquid-200" "montelukast sodium & levocetirizine dihydrochloride syrup" "ambroxol levosalbutamol and guaiphenesin syrup" I just checked my son got body rashes in chest and back. He took medicine yesterday and today. Is is for any medicine? Can not getting touch with doctor as it is too late now? What should I do? Please advice. Thank you. Avirup.

Rashes because of medicine are generalised (on whole body) may be child having small pox or any other viral fever causing rashs.
Monitor his fever, continue feeding and consult physician for physical examination.

MACBERY DROPS 15 ml (levosalbutamol sulphate and Ambroxol hydrochloride oral Drops-dose 0.5 ml morning and night. ZUKA (Phenylephrine Hydrochloride and Chlorpheniramine Maleate drops 15 ml-dose 0.5 ml morning and night) this two drops for empty. So I can near the medical shop. And I can give doctor prescribed sheet. And I get MACBERY-KU pathilaa ASCORIL LS 15 ml drops-sum and ithula extra adding GUAIPHENESIN. ZUKA-ku pathilaa NO COLD 15 ML drops-sum kuduththaanga. Ithu random same that brand-thaa vera-nu sonnaanga. So naa month baby-ku kuduththa maathiriye ithaiyum 0.5 ml morning and night kudukkalaamaa? Please please help me doctor!

My daughter starts suffering from running nose and cough and mild fever from 21/08/218. She is 7 months old and 7.8 Kg in weight. The consulting doctor prescribed the following medicines Levolin 1 mg [ Levosalbutamol Syrup 1 mg] - 1.5 ml per day Indominic-P Syrup [Phenylephrine Hydrochloride & Chlorpheniramine Maleate Syrup] - 1.5 ml per day Babygesic Paracetamol Drops [Acetaminophen Oral Suspension IP] - .8 ml in 6 hours interval But yesterday her temperature increases and we just move with her to another paediatric clinic. The temperature reported was 101.4. She was suddenly treated with “Suppositories”. After a while temperature normalize. Along with all the medicine, the doctor prescribed Azithromycin Oral Suspension IP 20 mg/ml [Azithral Liquid 100] 4 ml daily in 4 days from today onwards. Now I understand that Azithral Liquid 100 is an antibiotic used against bacterial infections. So I have a doubt. Is it safe to use Azithral Liquid 100 without without doing any blood or urine check up? She has still mild temperature. Please advice me.

Montec LC is having anti allergic properties itself ,so reaction could not possible .Also because of levosalbutamol no there allergic reactions reported uptil now.
Rash on body might be because of viral fever.
