Dear lybrate-user, asthalin inhaler and rotacaps are inhalational beta agonists, one of the mainstay of asthma management besides bronchodilators and steroids. It may cause increased heart rate and palpitation in some patients, but in my opinion is not at all dangerous, as hundreds of my patients are using it without any trouble. But, if you have some queries, please contact your physician for more details.
