Now I am 20 years old as my age in increased my breathing difficulty is under little control now. I didn't use rotacaps for 7-8 months from March to November and In winter My breathing difficulty occurs very frequently as it occurs I use rotacaps. So I want to know that this is correct to use rotacaps when I get a breathing difficulty or it is injurious to my health.

Your mother is taking the inhalational therapy whcih is the gold standard therapy. She needs to continue it. If she get worsening attacks, she can keep a nebulize at home and do nebulization in addition to inhalation regular.
