If your disease activity is high in terms of pain intensity and you are not responding adequately to pain killers and sulfasalazine ( saazo) then you need to take biologic drugs ( injections ) for spondyloarthritis. The final decision is made after detailed history and examination and certain investigations.

Hi, I'm 53 Y old female having chronic calcific pancreatitis, diabetes and taking medicines for them, both are controlled. But for last 1 year I feel unbearable pain in shoulder joints in night. Middle Finger of both hands bent automatically in the afternoon. Test were done for Gout, but reports suggested no gout. Visited many doctors, Treatment started for rheumatic arthritis, taken medicines like etrik (Etoricoxib), Sazo (Sulfasalazine ),Paracetamol 1000 mg. But nothing worked, only the wysolone worked (as one doc recommended), But it had to stop as doctor suggested. Right I'm helpless as there is no medicine working, neither any doctor giving me a clue. So doctors please tell me which specialization should I consult for this problem. Is there any possibility of any other disease other than rheumatic Arthritis?

Don't have idea about homeopathy.
But according to allopathy spondyloarthritis are progressive arthritic. It may be mild form to very severe form. There many DMRD drugs available.
DMRD and exercise two important pillars of disease.
SAZO is one of the DMRDs.
If you don't take medicine, it is likely to be progressive.
