Please visit a dermatologist who if needed can obtain skin allergic test and can suggest the better medications accordingly. Self medications will seldom work without proper diagnosis. Stop using teczine it will not work if the actual problem is not allergic but immunologic.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Levocetirazine is fairly safe, however with a GFR of 45 ml/min, 10 mg dose is not recommended. Dose recommended for 30 to 50 ml GFR is 2.5 mg every alternated day. Thanks.
