Please take him to a local physician before he ends in dehydration. Increase his water intake, give him more of liquid diet such as fresh fruit juice, not packed ones, coconut water, curd, chas not lassi.

1.no its not normal ,but this is expected in dysentry .just hydrate your kid with plenty of fluids and start antibiotic syrup for 5 days and symptomatic medicines. 2.text with baby's weight for prescription for the medicines.
