Very difficult to say its drugs, unlikely because of such long-term use. Usually, these drugs cause rashes at the start. Would be better to show dermatologist who can think of alternative rather than blaming drugs, which is very easy to do and stop. But before stopping drugs please consult your rheumatologist too. All autoimmune disease can co-exist. It's not uncommon to find UC and RA together, as both are autoimmune diseases. If you have flare-ups (of colitis or arthritis ?) you should consult your rheumatologist or gastroenterologist accordingly. There are many other drugs to help you. I don't think weight gain has anything to with Saaz, though the everybody's body is different.
