Rheumatic arthritisIt is called as Rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. you need to do daily routine of walking for 20-30 mins
along with medications.
In ankylosing spondylitis the muscle gets stiff .so they need exercises along with nsaids.

Predmet is a steroid. Long term use of steroids may result in side effects and is not advisable at such a young age. Kindly investigate fully into the cause of arthritis and take appropriate treatment

Steroids are not advisable for a long duration as this condition is not curable.
But it can be under control with medications and exercises
need to consider breathing exercises
if possible can try swimming/cycling .best for ankylosing spondylitis.
Saaz 1gm has to be taken with frequent monitoring of your blood profile/lft.

If you are ra +ve the you have to take dmrds
life long, regular lft, esr, crp, cbc checkup to known side sffect and disease activity level, change medicine and stop according to rheumatologist /physician advise.
