I am sorry, that is the problem, saaz is proven treatment in RA. Ayurveda is not proven (except claims by many, there is hardly any good research. While Saaz and other allopathy drugs have more than 1000 major papers).
I don't understand why you want to stop SAAZ. It is safe in most Rheumatoid patients and has been used over 30 years in many without issues.

Hello. There are other options like leflunomide, in case you are intolerant to methotrexate. Considering you are already on steroids and 2 dmards (sulfasalazine & hcqs), I would suggest you take any biologics therapy for better control of your disease like adalimumab or etanercept or tofacitinib etc.
