you wear shoes either shilper light wait & comfortable you teke hot water then deep your leg in hot water when you feel cold then outside your leg you can also some exercise some days OK
either you can also take 10-15 days physiotherapy you feel batter then time after physiotherapy.

Pains in all joints can be due to ongoing active inflammation/Secondary damange due to pre existent arthritis/ due to secondary sensitization called as fibromyalgia.The cause has to identifed first for the ongoing pains.Do consult a competent Rheumatologist.

Hi
you must have a Blood test for ESR, CRP,CBC and liver function test. If your clinical symptoms are controlled and ESR is normal, your doctor may taper dosing and watch with periodical testing if Disease process accentuates or not, if not it can be safely tapered further or ad the need be, switching to simpler meds.
I personally, prefer giving only short course of cortisone and anti inflammatory meds for ankylosing spondylitis instead of saaz, that too under acute episodes only. I sugg...more

Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
Avoid Squatting-
Avoid sitting Cross legged
Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Take tab. Shallaki 400 mg 1-2 tabs 3 times a day depending on the severity of the pain. Take Balarista 2tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water and Maharasnadi Khadha 2 tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water.
