This is very tender age n r more prone to develop complications. He has taken already antibiotics for more than sufficient time with no satisfaction results. It is advisable to consult pediatrician for proper examination n tt. U can safely instill saline nasal drop in each nostrils 3 to 4 times in a day.

Both treatment is not good. Nasivion is not good for long term use as it can cause side effects and reboundcongestion. Salbutamol or asthalin inhaler is only for short term use. You needto assess your lung function and go on a preventer inhaler.
