Hello sir. To answer your question I would say, it totally depends on the temperature of the environment, many medicines are not to be kept under direct sunlight for the same reason that it can cause chemical changes in the drug molecules. So, it may decrease the efficacy of the drug and also may create some harmful chemicals. So, I think it's better to avoid consuming any medicine that has been stored wrongly. Hope this helps.

Dear lybrate-user, along with medication do consider psychotherapy sessions for anxiety. Sessions will help you deal with anxiety and the anxiety provoking thoughts that are troubling. Along with medication and psychotherapy sessions, indulge yourself in some selfcare regime like meditation and breathing exercises. Practicing yoga and or going for a walk. This will help you deal with anxiety and help you increase self awareness and make you relax.

Dear user, along with your prescribed medication, it would be beneficial if you practice relaxation and deep breathing exercises on a daily basis. You can explore a couple of different methods and then choose the one which is most effective for you. A few include:
1) abdominal breathing 2) alternate nostril breathing 3) progressive muscular relaxation.
