There is nothing like right combination or the best medicine for OCD. Whatever relieves you of your symptoms are the best medicines. It differs from person to person. Please follow your doctor's advice. She/he has added amisulpride after assessing less improvement with other tablets.

Nexito forte is fine, but instead of librax (has benzodiazepine), there are better medication to combine with it for total resolution of symptoms. Consult an astute psychiatrist, either online or in person. Good luck.
