Hi,
I can understand your predicament but it is very important to realise that problem might not be the type of insulin you are taking. For example mixtard insulin is as good as ryzodeg in terms of reducing hba1c. However if you are experiencing low sugars with mixtard which is again impacting your hba1c levels, then ryzodeg does help as it will cause less significant low sugar level, also called hypoglycaemia, when compared to mixtard.

Get your hba1c checked.
Do smbg charting with glucometer.
Good sugar control can limit ed problem in most early cases.
There are certain medications like sildenafil, etc which can help in this condition. Ed can be due to extensive atherosclerosis in pelvic vessels, neural, psychitric, endocrinal etc so investigating the cause is necessary.

Use a 100U/ml syringe (orange cap) for the 100u/ml vial or use a 40U/ml syringe (red cap) for 40u/ml vial. As long as u dont mix them up, you will do just fine. All pen cartridges come as 100u/ml concentration only. Never mix up the syringes or pen cartridges
