Tilt your pelvis forward, tightening your gluteus muscles (the muscles in your buttocks). Then lean away from the side of your hip that hurts, for instance to the left if you're kneeling on your right knee. You should feel a stretch from the top of your hip bone down the side of your leg to your knee, Humphrey says.

A tear can occur in the tendons, the muscles, or the labrum, a rim of fibrous tissue that lines the glenoid. Bony growths in the joint called bone spurs can rub against tendons, causing friction that may lead to a tear.

At this young age, backache is usually postural or related to some compression pathology in your spinal canal. Please don't consume these antibiotics and analgesics without any specialist's advice. Also start properly guided exercises to increase your back muscles tone and strength. Stretch your hamstring muscles. Improve posture, don't bend forwards. Start regular walking. If you are obese, try working on weight reduction.
Thanks.
