Hi lybrate-user, please stop the ointment which is having steroid (methadone) in it. It is not advisable. For piles, you need to take care of your constipation and straining. Point sucral ano twice daily is often helpful. Also to sit in warm water and take a laxative. But most importantly, please visit a surgeon nearby to confirm your diagnosis, not any other disease.

You have to take calcium and multivitamin tablets, Zinc tablets and check your serum ferritin levels as if these are low you can get severe hair fall. Apply coconut oil on scalp and massage and do not shampoo hair // Leave the oil applied to dry up there

Calcium is best absorbed in an acidic environment, so calcium citrate is the best absorbed supplemental form of calcium.
