She should not get pregnant for that time. You should use oc pills like novelon for the whole month to achieve that. Pregnancy should be avoided for 1 months after vaccination, ideally, not until immunity is confirmed by a blood test. The rubella virus in this vaccine is alive, so it can harm the fetus if pregnancy occurred during this time.
