Dear Lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation three times a day
- do warm salt water gargles three times a day
- avoid spicy, fried & sour food, also avoid all cold fluids, have more of warm fluids like water, tea, milk soup
- do regular exercise like walking, yoga (permissible poses in your condition) for 5-10 min daily morning

No, the pain in your right arm can be muscular and cardiac pain does not cause pain in the arm although the pain can radiate to arms from the chest or heart.

Can drink tea but with limited sugar say no to buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's
