Control with diet. Avoid medicines. Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods in diet, reduce these. Prefer and increase traditional health foods like yoghurt, nuts, cheese etc. I suggest you discuss your diet on phone with me. Fatty liver is same problem. Wrong foods, too much fat manufactured by liver.

Please do not abruptly stop these medications for hypertension and hypercholesterolemia. These medications help keep your bp and cholesterol in check. Please consult with your physician at regular intervals for optimum dose modulation.

If you want to stop medicine, start doing exercises. Jogging or running would help.Walk for half an hour everyday. This would maintain your cholesterol in check.

Hello. We generally recommend cholesterol lowering medicine in the night as the synthesis of cholesterol in the liver is highest in the night. In other words, night time is a better time for better effect.

Yes you do... And you may consider taking homoeopathic treatment instead which does not have such side effects or complications...and treats the conditions naturally.
