this medicine is for protecting heart after a heart attack, although can be taken before heart attack if hsCRP is high and diet is modern, grains and sugar based, high glucose diet. Suggest improve diet, talk to healthy 90 year olds, learn their lifestyle. Other methods of prevention are based on faith, not on science

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Your information is too general, hence, difficult to give any opinion. I need to know fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, drugs being taken with dosage, lipid profile, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. Without above information, no opinion can be given Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
From your query I understad that you want to know whether generic substitutes are good enough or not. Most often generics manufactured by standard companies are as good as the branded medicines. So you may try those. Thanks.

Hi lybrate-user,
yes taking vitamins in the morning can be continued for long term too. And as you correctly mention taking a statin (rosavel) at night is appropriate if you have hypercholesterolemia.
