Anxiety may be due to excessive medication and diet restrictions. Why do you take rosuvastatin? It should be taken by those who have suffered serious blockages, very very seldom useful for abnormal levels of cholesterol. Take a balanced diet with less sugar jaggery alcohol tobacco and starchy foods. Include traditional foods like butter, nuts, oils, milk etc. The secret to good health is good food. Following modern fashions about diet is quite harmful. Best wishes.

How high was your triglycerides? Rosuvas is for LDL cholesterol. F is fenofibrate, for people with triglycerides above 600. Fenofibrate is started directly only if there is very high triglycerides due to fasting chylomicronemia and if no cause like alcohol, diabetes, or very restricted diet is present, which can be corrected. Suggest you discuss your problem on phone. Best wishes.

Crestor can lead to muscle pain. Few things that may be able to help are - 1) Decreasing the dose of Crestor as per your cholesterol. 2) checking your vitamin D, Calcium, vitamin B12 levels, if they are low taking supplements to normalise them can also help you get over these pains. 3) Trying a different medicine for decreasing cholesterol. You can consult your treating doctor for this.
