I am 22. Suffering from testicle pain from 2 month my recent ultrasound report shows (Rt epididymis is 1111 mm and Lt epididymis is 0.890.6 cm .Mild fluid is seen bilaterally and few small varicosities are seen upto 3 mm) doctor gave me cipro and lyser for 5 days. Can you please help me with this . I want to know is it serious problem. Does the medicines are good or how much time it take to cure.

there is no serious problem. medicines are good. your problem is curable. varicocoele will persist, but it will not cause any trouble.

MRI IMPRESSION 29 August 2016 -Posterior diffuse disc herniation at L4 -5 level with bilateral ligamentum flavum hypertrophy causing narrowing of bilateral neural recesses with compression of bilateral traversing nerve roots at same level. -Posterior diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 level indenting ventral thecal space at same level -Changes of lumbar spondylosis I was having pain at my right hip joint on 15/8/16. It went unbearable extending to RT leg. On 3rd September night as usual on bed all the 24 hours trying to sleep on 4th at 5 am all my pain went. Till then no pain but having burning sensation on right foot, tingling, falling rt foot asleep when I sit on chair. Please advise:- 1. Surgical intervention required? Or 2.Pregabalin,Tolperisone, methylcobalamin,Calcium and D3 with rest will cure me fully? Or 3. Somekind of spinal exercises also required? ERODHA.

My mother age 68 years has been diagnosed for Metastatic poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma as per report dtd 12-Mar-2018. The Mri dorsal spine dtd 13-feb-2018 shows collapse of d3, d7 vertebral body. Lesions on D3, D7, D12 spinal area. PET CT report 23-feb-2018 is also available. She is under the treatment of Doc. from Dharamshila hospital. According to them all treatment is going to be palliative, no cure is available. Accordingly, she was advised 10 RT and 6 chemotherapy. RT has been completed. EGFR, ALK, ROS1 by fish, PDL1 by ihc reports have come and EGFR mutation is positive. The doctor has advised Xovoltib 40 mg (afatinib dimaleate)/ Geftib 250 mg (gefitinib). No CT is to be done. After RT she has difficulty in swallowing food. Earlier she was taking Dexona 4 mg/Forcan as advised by once radiologist Dr. , after RT was done. She Has intermittent fever around 100. Has started reported pain and stiffness in back for the past few days. Right now, she has pain in her upper back and shoulder, though not very acute. She has difficulty in holding up things, but is currently active and mobile. Food habits are moderate to light, there is no change in that. No significant weight loss is observed as of now. She is a patient of High BP, has glaucoma and cataract also. She has developed slight incontinence now, and bowel movements have become very irregular. If any more information is required please let me know. I shall be extremely grateful for your support and advise in this matter.

I presume she is lung cancer patient, although you have not mentioned the same (as you wrote she is EGFR positive, ALK4 and ROS1 and PDL1 are done in lung) Geftinib is an EGFR inhibitor given in lung cancer EGFR +ve, with good response rates. It does cause diarrhoea and rash in a few patients though.
If she has other symptoms, treat her symptomatically. We try to prolong their life by giving palliative treatment, which may be months to few years in exceptional cases. But cure is not a target...more

29/M blurry left eye since 2 mon. Ruled out optic neuritis, vitamin d -23 ng, past history of disc prolapse c4-5, c5-6.sudden weakness in rt arm since yesterday and today feeling bit weak in thigh muscles. Respected doctor, I had surgery for kidney stone removal done in sept 2019, now in march 2021 I did a kub sonography, which shows no stone but "minimal fullness of rt pelvic-calyceal system is shown" in the report, also sometimes I get slight pain in lower back side right side probably due to this in early mornings only otherwise nothing, should I be worried about this condition and if so what at the remedies.
