your above values suggest that you already have immunity for rubella and cmv.
That is a good thing. You don't have to worry about getting infected and you don't have to take any medicine. Stop rovamycin.

Yes, it is very much possible. Get Igm level of both the infections done to know the present status, if that is negative, nothing to worry, if positive , wait for 6 months for planning pregnancy

In torch test if IgG Antibodies Positive that means you are immune to disease and no need wait for trying. If IGM antibodies present that means you are having recent infection and should not take a chance till IgG antibodies appears. Usually takes 6 months to year.

Amniotic fluid leakage is usually not due to any torch infection. It is important to know at what period of pregnancy this is happening so that it can be tackled with care next time. Rule out urinary infection, diabetes, vaginal infection during next pregnancy and check for cervical length if a stich has to be put it can be done at 3 months of pregnancy.

My torch test came out positive with high levels. Igg rubella 72, cmv igg 272, toxoplasmosis igg 21. Frm past 4 mnts levels were same I took spiramycin twice a day fr 2 mnts. Bt no change in igg levels. My igm are negative. Can I try for pregnancy now. Does it cause harm to my baby.

Raised IgG levels have nothing to do with pregnancy and should not be treated. In fact we do not recommend TORCHtest at all. Only rubella needs to be tested. So do not worry and go ahead.

With rubella igg 71, cytomegalo virusigg 279, taxoplasmosisigg 21.66.before one months taxoplamis is 79, rubella36,cmv78. More important test to do is IgM of cyto, toxo, Hepres. Rubella not required. TORCH not of much omportance.

It is not IgG but IgM important OR IgG rising meaning 2 readings at interval of 1 week in same lab shows rise.

If you are taking Rovamycin then no problem to the baby
andyou would have already done level 2 ultrasound and all the the markers so donât worry

It is important to understand why this is happening. It could be due to aging, stress factors, thyroid levels, pcos, weight change, etc. These need to be looked into detail.
Test for pregnancy with home urine pregnancy test.
