Hello, Thanks for the query. Now a day no treatment is recommended for reducing TGL unless the level goes above 500 mg. Your LDL and total cholesterol are fine. There is no need for taking a Fibrate. Regular exercise and reducing weight to normal level will be more beneficial. Your BMI is 27.55 kgs/M2 (normal < 23 kgs/M2) You are overweight by about 10 plus kgs. Weight reduction itself will help best. Thanks.
