Hello, Thanks for the query.
From the glucose levels mentioned it is clear that present treatment is inadequate, there is a need toupgrade it, plus one has to give a closer look to his diet and extent of daily exercise.
Byadding the medicines which you have mentioned, ther e will be hardly any benefit. But if you want to try, please go ahead. Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Fasting glucose 160 mg & PP 260 mg, show uncontrolled diabetes. Which means current medication is not adequate, there is a need to increase the medication, plus look at diet and exercise. With appropriate treatment glucose levels can be well controlled. But adding or shifting to alternate medication is unlikely to give any benefit. Any way choice is yours. If confirmed that this is acidity. Other precautions like regular, timely, bland food without spicy or fried contents, with no personal habits like tobacco or alcohol must be ensured. If no relief you should see a Gastro enterologist for further clinical examination, related investigations like Upper GI endoscopy, H. Pylori tests etc. Diagnosis, treatment, and further management may have to be reviewed.

General Surgeon•Lucknow
Multiple calculi in gall bladder pose a risk to develop into cancer of the gall bladder and hence need to be removed operatively. Consult a general surgeon in your area to get it operated.
Regarding the pain, do check if the pain is radiating to the hands, shoulder or left jaw, because it might be a sign of heart disease. If it is not then it must be due to the stones in gall bladder, take a painkiller sos for that.

The causes can be many. Firstly i would want u to tell me your creatinine values.
Second, are u 100% complaint to ur medicines?
If you are then may be we need to find the cause for the high bp.
That may involve adding a new drug or adjusting the doses of ur old drugs.
Also we need to search if any other causes are there for ur HTN.
