Your blood sugar is slightly high. Medicines are good continue same.
Do some exercise regularly.
Control your diet, it should be strictly diabetic.
Take small frequent meals instead of large ones.
If blood sugar remains same discuss with your doctor who may make some minor changes in medicines.

Prednisolone leads to changes in Blood pressure, usually increasing it. If you are already on antihypertensives, It is even more important for you to get your BP checked regularly, at least once every 2-3 days and consult your physician.

Statins are quite safe. When you combine it with Fibrates (Stanlip) rarely it may cause Muscle and Liver toxicity, that you can monitor by measuring Muscle Enzymes (CPK- Total) and Liver Enzymes (DHOT/ SGPT) most of time these drugs are tolerated well without any major side effects. There is hardly any interference with Vit K If you stop these drugs your Lipids (Cholesterols and TG) will rise again, so continue these drugs while keeping monitoring the muscle and Liver Enzymes.

Hi lybrate-user,
TG level of 515 is very high. Whether you should continue the medicine lifelong or not depends on your TG levels over next few months or years. If you are overweight, loose some. If you don't exercise, start it. Cut carbohydrates to whatever you can. Do it for next few months while you continue taking the medicine. Also get checked for Diabetes if you haven't yet. After all of this, you can recheck your TG levels and see where you are. A decision can be taken then.

Roseday is required after blockages, continue BP medicines. Measure BP only once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Avoid lipid tests and medicines. They are popular but not healthy.
